The Spinnaker software supports running applications on the SpiNNaker hardware. The SpiNNaker project has been ongoing for 11 years (though informal work had been going for several years before it was officially started). The Spinnaker platform supports running PyNN 0.75 scripts for the neural science community and has an interface for none neural applications.
