I am planning to organize an easy bike tour on the free Sunday. We can discuss about the route (nice way to a paradise beach...). All levels are welcome. Let me know in advance if you want to join, we will have to organize the bike rental (around 10 euros for the day http://www.algherorentabike.com/le-nostre-biciclette-2/). No particular equipment needed.
There is also a possibility to rent racing bikes in a limited number, I probably will try to go for some more sporty tours within the 2 weeks, so bring your gears if you want to join!

Let's cycle to the Grotto di Nettuno Thursday May 5. Departure 3pm from the hotel. The route is 18km each way:

We will be able to visit the cave, so have some money for the entrance fee.
Please take some water, food (I guess we can steal some bananas from lunch), sun blocker, some warmer clothes for the cave.
